This posting is for Adjunct Business Instructors at Bossier Parish Community College.
Salary: $2250 per course
Time: Days, evenings, on-line courses

Educational and experience requirements:
Master's in Culinary Arts OR Bachelors in Culinary Arts with three (3) years of experience OR Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts with five (5) years of experience.
Certifications through National Restaurant Association (ServSafe Manager, Nutrition, Hospitality, Customer Service) preferred.
Experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: sanitation, nutrition, food preparation, hospitality, menu planning, purchasing, customer service, supervisory and management, etc.
Skills requirements:
Strong personal initiative. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
Instruct student in culinary arts classes.
Complete and turn in required end-of-course documents, to include evaluations.
Submit Shows/No Shows on time.
Fully utilize Canvas LMS to include all course materials for students to access.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
