Accounts Receivable/Collections
Currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Representative. We have little-to-no turn over with many employees who have been loyal for over 10+years. We look forward to adding a valued member to our growing team.
Experience Needed:1 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities Include:
- All accounts receivable related functions, including:
- Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments - Continually corresponding with customers
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies
- Updating account status and database regularly
- Alerting supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts
- Assists billing department with mailing and emailing invoices daily
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Applicant Skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
