UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Chico, California.
UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.
The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:
General Responsibility:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for various accounting and clerical tasks related to maintaining and processing accounts payable transactions.

Essential job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to process and enter 200-300 invoices per week
• Verify approval on all invoices, expense reimbursements and check requests
• Coding vendor invoices to correct general ledger account
• Familiarity with systematic matching purchase orders with vendor invoices
• Process semi-monthly check runs
• Update and maintain vendor profiles in ERP database
• Audit and verify employee expense reports
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Ability to process and follow-up on disputes and issues of an urgent nature
• Maintain account payable files
• Annual 1099 preparation
• Special projects as assigned
