Job description

As an Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist for Roy Robinson RV, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, payroll processing. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills will help maintain our financial health and ensure the smooth running of our financial operations.

Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Manage payroll functions, including the calculation of wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.

Conduct cash handling, including daily cash receipts and deposits.

Work closely with other team members and management to ensure all financial transactions and reports are accurate.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll functions, preferably in a car or RV dealership environment.

Proficient in Excel and other accounting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
