Job Title: Accounts Pay/Rec Specialist (Temp)

Job Core Responsibilities
+SAP AP experience is a must have +In charge for payment activities and check the accuracy of invoicing process (3 way match), which done by SAP
+Monitor and process credit card charge-backs and reversals
To accurately process all incoming invoices maintaining the operational excellence and customer service objectives within the given guidelines and policies
+Assist in special projects assigned by management, working towards improved efficiencies in the payables process
+First point of contact for all departments in regards to assigned Account Payables modules (Trade payable
Support VAT Report for Purchase Tax Invoice – Reconcile VAT account book vs
Provide leadership, oversight and strategic direction of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets (AP & FA) process
+Timely and accurate preparation of Monthly Account Statements, Cash flow control and tax returns (VAT and withholding tax

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
