Texas Gulf Recycling is a waste and recycling provider, right outside of Boling, TX. We are the premier site for waste disposal and recycling in Wharton County. With a goal of driving waste away from our landfills, Texas Gulf Recycling strives be the one stop shop in Wharton County for waste disposal and recycling needs. As our company grows at a rapid rate, we are looking to bring in exceptional individuals to reach a goal of "No Landfill Waste." With openings in our team, for an exquisite account manager. This position requires an individual who is dependable, enjoys working with others, flexible to change, detail oriented and thrives in a high stress environment. Any previous experience in waste management, gravel/ aggregate, scrap metal or logistic management roles is an extreme bonus.
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Minimum 1 year).
- Above average knowledge of computers and software.
- Proven planning and organizational skills.
- General Knowledge of online marketing.
- Quickly Problem solves, with little to no assistants.
- Confirmed time - management skills.
- Effective Communication skills, through phone, email or in person.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer accounts and rentals.
- Manage multiple Vendor accounts and rentals.
- Answering, returning and following up on phone calls and emails.
- Running Collections.
- Assisting in scheduling, dispatch trucks and services.
- Order supplies and creating PO’s.
- Assist in online marketing.
- Close out drivers daily.
