We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Specialist: to join our team in Fremont, CA. Our ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, accounts payable, and some accounts receivable. This position will report to the Sr. Finance Manager.

Your Solution Partner. :

Responsibilities:
- Process incoming mail, post invoices and other various Accounts Payable duties
- Organize accounting department and maintain general filing
- Assist in Accounts Receivable as needed
- Responsible for ordering office and accounting supplies
- Works on analytical assignments
- Close communication with customers/vendors is required
- Accounting skills required
- All other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accounting knowledge
- Mathematical aptitude
- Analytical and judgment skills
- Dependable and accurate
- High school graduate or equivalent (Some college preferred)
- 1-3 years of work experience in accounting
