Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing, Daily, Monthly
- Entering receipts into QB, Scan to google drive
- Entering and paying bills and recording in QB
- Setting up new vendors
- Making payments via bank bill pay or online vendor
- Entering payments in SA
- Creating document templates
- Payroll
- Making workmans comp payment
- Making 401k payment
- Processing wage garnishment
- Entering into payroll spreadsheet
- Entering into payroll journal ledger in QB
- Make federal and state tax payments
- Financial reporting
- Weekly P & L
- Updating budget monthly
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements monthly
- Setting up new employees in SA and QB
- Setting up phone extensions for office personnel
- Employee files in google drive
- Quarterly sales tax payment
- Answering the phone and assisting clients or potential clients
- Providing estimates
Requirements
- Comfortable with Technology including Quick Books Pro, Google Sheets and is capable of learning other software programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Understands and lives by the motto “Doing the right thing is always the right thing.”
- Is always aware of company culture and nurturing it whenever possible.
- The primary goal is to first and foremost make sure our clients and leads are always delighted. Not satisfied or content but delighted and fulfilled with their decision to choose us over the next option.
- Take Extreme Ownership of all situations. Develop solutions to issues the company faces rather than contribute to the issues.
- Holds a seat on the company's leadership team and the commitments that brings.
