Accounting Clerk/Title Clerk - McCarthy Chevrolet Olathe
Job description
McCarthy Chevrolet- Olathe is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Title Clerk. We are looking for individuals who want to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast paced environment, is very detail oriented and enjoys interacting with employees and customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Posting internal RO's
- Code and receipt payments
- Process and reconcile statements
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Apply for vehicle rebates
- Receive all car deals, new and pre-owned sales
- Type titles and handle title follow up
- Scanning and administrative duties
- Assist with other office functions
Qualifications:
- Experience using a dealership management system (Reynolds experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
Schedule:
- MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8AM TO 5PM
