Overview:

• Part-time (25 hours p week)
• Permanent - Work from Home (must reside in the Fort Wayne area)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday NOON to 5:00 p.m.

When you join Eagle’s Wings Air (EWA), you will be responsible for tracking airline flights and reporting exceptions, while also supporting traditional accounting (AR, AP, Collections) and administrative duties. Your efforts will offer our clients peace of mind and deliver best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Check, verify, and process invoices
• Distribute invoices for approval
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
• Maintain vendor files
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research and track documentation problems and discrepancies
• Support the weekly collections activities - including outbound phone calls and follow-up emails
• Work with management and internal staff to compile reports as requested
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by your manager
• Be an active contributor to a great company culture

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficient in PC operation and navigation
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Outlook / Excel / Word
• Typing 25 WPM
• Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as independently
• Deadline oriented, while maintaining consistency and accuracy
• Organized and accurate self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of privileged information
