Come join a fast-growing Impact Doors and Windows Company who is seeking a Junior Accountant who is reliable, detailed oriented and experienced!

General accounting support: Duties will include A/P & A/R. Job costing. Payroll processing. Client billing/reporting. Collections. Bank Account reconciliations. Managing company ledgers/files. Credit card allocations.

Responsible for providing accounting, bookkeeping & clerical support within the accounting department.

• Check verify and process invoices.

• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other financial records.

• Prepare payments for signatures.

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.

• Maintain vendor files.

• Reconcile deposits and bank reconciliations daily.

• Reconcile credit card transactions.

• Process expense reports.

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Excellent computer skills in QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook.

2. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

3. 3+ yrs. in accounting/job costing experience.

4. Minimum 2 years accounts payable or general accounting experience.

5. Associated Degree in Accounting

6. Good understanding and knowledge of Accounts Payable, general accounting procedures & Bookkeeping.

7. Proficient knowledge of accounting software Quick-books & Microsoft Office.

8. Good communication skills, verbal and written.

9. Attention to detail and accuracy.

10. Ability to handle several projects concurrently and to work in a team environment.
