QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma, with an Associate's degree in accounting preferred
• 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Experience with Workday a plus
• Excellent typing/keying skills
• Superior organization skills, strong task management, and the ability to prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers
• High degree of ethics and personal intergrity, as well as confidentiality

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Accounting Assistant, you will:

• Ensure timely processing of various electronic imports and manual journal entries to the general ledger.
• Perform various balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Gather information and documentation for various audits.
• Other accounting projects and functions as assigned.ent and the ability to prioritize.
