Job description
The Account Sales Manager (ASM) drives a small-box truck to sell, deliver, and merchandise Red Bull products to small format store accounts. The ASM’s top priority is to effectively service all customers in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Serve current Matador customers with a designated route by managing Red Bull product inventory and ensuring utilization of current promotions, displays, and marketing tools.
- Monitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductions
- Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPI‘s) in the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done
- Maintain a high level of communication across the Matador team
- Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand
Compensation/Benefits:
- 401 K matching program (4% at 100% match) vested after 90 days/1st day after next quarter

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Knowledge of beverage market preferred
- Current driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your head
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
