· Provides excellent customer service

· Accurately documents all calls.

· Engages and collaborates with other departments

· Demonstrates personal responsibility and accountability by meeting attendance and schedule adherence expectations

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints

· Provide information about the products and services

· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

· Document and update customer records based on interactions

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

· Ensures collections of credit card payments, checks and cash, and NSF checks

• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.
• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
