We are currently seeking an account manager to join our team.

Account Managers will manage customer support related issues for our retail ecommerce site alongside working with existing wholesale clients to help manage their accounts, create orders, upsell products & notify of sales and new product launches.

Account managers will start off at an hourly rate of $17 an hour plus commision on all sales made

Job Duties consist of:

• Becoming an HC8 Products expert
• Answer incoming chats
• Responding to cases on Zendesk
• Manage existing wholesale accounts
• Assisting customers with order related issues
• Verifying order details with customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks such as data entry, research, presentations, ect.
• Handle social media customer service requests

Ideal Candidates should have:

• 2+ years experience in customer service is a must
• 2+ years account management or sales experience
• Attention to detail is a strict requirement
• Experience in the cannabis or hemp industry
• Profound knowledge about the hemp & cannabis industry is a plus
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus

Hours Required: 9am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
