DBS Building Solutions is a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, currently servicing over 1300 customers in 8 states.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to manage our Northern NJ territory, including Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, Morris & Somerset Counties.

As an Account Manager you are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of customers in your region by providing customer service support to your accounts and vendors. You will be the main point of contact for both customers and vendors in your region and will service as a liaison between the two. You will also be responsible for upselling additional services to our existing customer base.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and lead new account orientations between our customers and vendors
• Provide both proactive and reactive customer service for accounts in your region through a combination of field visits/account inspections, phone calls and emails.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor and coach vendors to ensure they are providing a high level of service
• Perform crew changes as needed for subpar performance
• Sell additional services to our existing customer base as well as non-customers
• Update account records in our CRM
• Generate and submit billing forms to the office for all new starts, crew changes, cancellations, increases, decreases and additional services

Additional Details:

This position required daily travel throughout Northern NJ.

Starting pay is $55,000 annually plus monthly bonuses and commissions. Qualified candidates should earn $70-$80k year 1.
