Here at FCL Dental, our Account Executives are key players in our Field Sales and Service Operations organization. With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for Sonrava’ s customer growth and retention. Responsibilities:
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned
territory.

  • Perform account planning for assigned segmentation, coordinating with Producer/Broker and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Initiate and support sales of Sonrava solutions within given segmentation, and shares Sonrava’ s value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, producer/broker visits and overall pipeline, and service forecast data.
Qualifications:
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management;
resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Ability to travel within your designated area which may include overnight visits.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • At least three years of specialty benefit sales experience required.
  • Salary will be commensurate with the years’ experience.
