Roles of the Account Executive:

· Qualify in-bound leads and prospects via, cold call, networking events, emails, and phone calls

· Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.

· Attend trade shows and host customer events.

· Attend organizational events where we have memberships.

· Report and record all sales activities and notes, upload all contacts made during networking events, marketing, and trade shows, and keep work calendar updated in a web-based CRM system.

· Organize regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service.

· Communicating with clients and gather information about project’s scope, budgets, and timelines.

· Prepare and present Budget Request (BRF) proposals.

· Meeting with other executives (Project Manger’s, Estimator’s) to discuss client’s project goals, progress, and outcomes.

· Attend weekly calls throughout the duration of the project so they can stay updated.

· Reach out periodically to the client throughout the project and do monthly site visits to keep communication and continue the relationship after the project to generate future business.

· Attends weekly meetings on Tuesday’s when manageable.

· Turn in expenses in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
