The Account Coordinator position will provide an opportunity to join an exciting growing digital agency. Candidates will be seeking to build their digital marketing foundation, while supporting team members and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of client relationships learning their tendencies and what works best for their needs

  • Build rapport with specific client contacts

  • Maintain CRM databases

  • Prepare weekly status reports to clients

  • Work with team resources to manage client’s workloads

  • Continually assess client needs & be proactive with solutions to address these needs

  • Prepare thorough and timely communications

  • Manage expectations and monitor progress of client work

  • Attend department resource meetings and capacity planning meetings

  • Ensure that clients are happy and escalate any positive or negative feedback to management

  • Stay up to date on agency services as well as overall industry technologies and trends.

  • Work with team to create proposals for client requests and renewals

  • Review client websites / analytics to determine opportunities.

  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team to support continuous improvement

  • Monitor and analyze industry news related to key accounts, assess the impact to strategic growth plan and appropriately communicates opportunities, challenges and course-corrections

  • Enter time on a weekly basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication

  • 1-2 years agency and website experience is a plus

  • High attention to detail; excellent organization and time management skills

  • Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment

  • Effective communication and presentation skills. Must be a very strong communicator with internal teams and external vendors.

  • A positive self-starter attitude, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive projects to completion, and penchant for solving problems.

  • Has a team mentality and experience in working in cross-functional work settings.

This position can be remote, in-office, or hybrid (remote and in-office). Our offices are in Glastonbury, CT (10 minutes outside of Hartford, CT) and we’d love to see you, but understand that some prefer a remote or hybrid schedule. Apply for this job by email: careers@zaginteractive.com
