Title: Account Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH
tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to support our Operations Team. We are looking for someone with facilities management experience and knowledge, great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This person should also be tech-savvy and able to multi-task.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate/manage small to medium facilities projects
- Build relationships with key vendors and coordinate services
- Communicate with clients and tdgFacilities operation leaders to confirm work schedules, updates to tasks, and follow-ups as necessary
- Process, expedite and track work orders including submission into client systems/back office platform
- Create RFP/RFQs
- Develop and distribute completion reports with client and tdgFacilities operation leaders
- Continuously develop client relationships, identify and resolve any issues to the satisfaction of the client
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Well versed in Facilities Operations regarding General Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Cleaning, Grounds/Lawn Care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to convey information to internal and external clients in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated experience identifying and quantifying issues and providing effective resolutions
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
- Respond to calls 24/7 for customer emergencies. Extended hours are also required during peak workloads or special projects.
- Personal accountability and “can-do” attitude
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Be able to use other applications and auditing tools such as Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree in (or equivalent in education and experience) Building Management, Architecture, Analytics, Construction, or applicable discipline
