LG Electronics is looking for an Account Assistant Manager to join our Customer Service Team!

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly talented ACCOUNT ASSISTANT MANAGER (Small Product Depot Repair) for LG's product repair operation. The account assistant manager role will be responsible for partnering with 3rd party vendors and other related teams to develop and implement repair and return strategies that maximize LG customer satisfaction.

Performance optimization is the goal, and our new Assistant Manager will analyze repair data, propose and innovate solutions to recommend and implement activities for improvement.

THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage depot (repair and return) operation for after-market service.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze repair & sales data to identify eligible products for Depot repair and to optimize the repair process by product
  • Forecast Repair Volume: Estimate repair quantity while considering product sales fluctuations and seasonal impacts
  • Inventory Management: Closely work with Parts and Warehouse teams to properly source service parts in a timely manner (periodic cycle count needed)
  • Repair Quality: Work with Technical Support team to update product information and provide proper technical training to our 3rd party vendor(s)
  • Financial Management: Manage cost / profit / budget for the operation for both In Warranty and Out of warranty products
  • Process Optimization: Monitor key performance index such as repair lead time, reclaim ratio and to proactively review the current process to optimize it

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong skills and knowledge of statistics and quantitative data analysis and interpretation
  • Interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive issues, ambiguous situations, and change in direction
  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a positive attitude
  • 3 years’ relevant work experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Travel up to 10%
