Account Administrator (Order Processing/Invoicing/Accounts Payable)
Job description
The role of the ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR (responsible for company order processing, invoicing, and accounts payables) requires a well-organized and detail oriented individual, able to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
The position calls for multi-tasking with the internal customers, the sales team, third party warehouses and logistics providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily communication and coordination of sales orders with customers, third party warehouses and logistic partners; providing customers with shipping information and documentation.
- Handling of the billing process to ensure all invoices are accurate, in accordance with the physical shipment and at the correct product rate, provide invoices to respective customers.
- Oversees Accounts Receivable tasks and documentation for orders, providing responsive accounting for paid and past due invoicing.
- Supports, responds, and follows up with customers on e-mail and telephone to support order management and service issues.
- Directly supports all members of the Sales Management team.
- Takes responsibility for managing multiple tasks with attention to detail, anticipating common problems and taking preemptive action(s).
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree preferred; minimum required AA.
- Good working knowledge of ORACLE Netsuite, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word…), and other general computer tools.
- Three to four years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills (writing, speaking, listening and expertise in Microsoft Office software).
- Service oriented attitude with great customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
