Job Overview
Provide behavior intervention to young children in a safe and supportive learning environment. Collect data during treatment sessions and document/report back to BCBA. Work under the supervision of a BCBA and their plan of care.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support and data collection
- Work 1-1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a Behavior Analyst
- Plan and prepare learning environment
- Provide supportive assistance to program instructors
- Promote safety and monitor well-being of children
- Clean and sanitize areas accessed by children in program
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish skills a Plus!
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Complete 40 hours of RBT Training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with others
- Have experience in a service setting with children
- Willingness to follow procedures and protocols
