Our Maintenance Supervisors are primarily responsible for the following:

• Reports to the Property Manager
• Communicate with site leader to work being accomplished
• Leader to on-site maintenance staff in diagnosis of problems and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance
• Ensure all interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds are completed according to established procedures
• Possess and exhibit the ability to develop others, coach and counsel, assess and hire talent and administer progressive discipline fairly and consistently
• Led by the Property Manager and is a leader to all on-site personnel in the maintenance area
• Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

Don’t sell yourself short. Our Maintenance Supervisors must have the following qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to travel frequently
• Technical School preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent fieldMi
• Minimum of 2 years Supervisory Role experience
• HVAC and CPO Certified
• Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building trades
• Own and use basic and tools, as well as utilize basic computer programs to perform tasks
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills with Strong Microsoft Office skills

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
