Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently recruiting for full-time Youth Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to join our Behavioral Health team!
POSITION PURPOSE:
This is a clinical position requiring a combination of graduate level training and experience in diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. This individual will demonstrate specialized knowledge in the treatment of one of more of the following age groups: Infants/Toddlers/Preschoolers, School Age Children, Adolescents. The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist will work individually with children to help children develop skills for managing symptoms of mental illness. He or she will also work within family systems to strengthen and improve parental responsivity to their child’s emotional and behavioral problems.
Requirements: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, behavioral science, or related field, plus experience in a mental health supported educational/health center settings is preferred. Must possess valid Oregon driver's license.
Successful applicants will receive a generous signing bonus and also be eligible for help with moving expenses. Excellent salary and great benefits. Adapt offers two insurance plans to all eligible Full-Time employees and their families, in which Adapt currently pays 100% of the premiums. In addition, a 401K plan is available to all employees and contributed to by Adapt after a specified time of employment.
