Youth Independent Living Admissions Coordinator
This is a full time, salaried position with weekday hours, however on-call for emergencies.

The selected candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Social work or another approved human services field and one year of experience providing casework services to children and families, OR any Bachelors degree and two years of experience providing casework services to children and families.
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Program Implementation: The Coordinator is responsible for
- Scheduling and conducting youth admissions
- Receiving and organizing the transmission of referral information
- Coordinating pre-placement interviews and site visits
- Coordinates resident admissions
- Promote the involvement of staff, caregivers, other natural and community support planning services for each youth
- Transport youth as necessary
- Provide feedback and recommendations for the development of new programs
- Develop new business relationships with viable counties/states
- Provide 24 hour on-call service ensuring the safety of residents and promoting support of program staff; work evenings and weekends as needed
- Inform the Program Director or Regional supervisor of concerns and issues related to meeting group expectations and/or resident needs
- Serve on Treatment team and attend meetings to contribute to the development of the Independent Living program.

Valid driving record, safe automobile, current and sufficient auto insurance. Successful completion of background screening.
