ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Our Workplace Support Tech assists with Audio / Visual / Digital Signage Hardware and Software Support for one of our large clients. The ideal candidate troubleshoots, supports and maintains Audio / Visual / Digital Signage areas for the customer. They will work in a collaborative onsite team.
WHAT YOU’ WILL DO:
- Problem-solve and Troubleshoot Audio / Visual / Digital Signage equipment
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure in ticketing system
- In-depth knowledge of Telepresence and Audio / Visual control systems
- Communicate effectively with a positive and confident attitude
- Show empathy towards the customer
- Maintaining strong customer relations
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to run cabling
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of experience
- Installing and configuring Windows and MAC Workstations
- Hardware and software support for PC Hardware (Docking Stations, Monitors and Keyboards, etc.)
- Windows, MS Teams, MAC, MS Office, VOIP, IP

- Working shifts, weekends and Over time may be required
