OVERVIEW

There couldn't be a better time to join Retail Operations as we look to support the rapid expansion of Alo stores around the world. This team is at the forefront of this growth and is responsible for designing and implementing a world-class customer service model, simple yet elegant store processes, and leading-edge systems to delight our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Retail Stores with sales and labor forecasting, staffing strategies, and KPI reporting
  • Maintain workforce management platform and retail scheduling functions including labor standards, auto-scheduler, and SOPs
  • Maintain volume-based staffing models to support business and operational needs across all stores, optimizing over time as business and operations evolve
  • Assist with design and rollout of staffing model to all stores, including regular recurring reporting of staffing positions vs staffing model
  • Support tests, pilots, and rollouts of operational changes and ensure labor model is adapted to current business operations
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization across workforce management tools and processes
  • Support annual labor budgeting and forecasting activities in partnership with Finance team
  • Proactively identify, quantify, and highlight opportunities to drive labor efficiencies in partnership with other Retail Operations and HQ teams
  • Partner with Retail Analytics team to develop suite of store, field leadership, and corporate reporting
  • Conduct detailed analysis and translate data into actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to support broader Retail Operations function

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in Workforce Management function within Retail or Hospitality sectors
  • Past retail store experience with a strong ability to connect the dots between finance, operations, and people (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and abilities with impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience administering and using communication platforms
  • Self-starter with strong desire to spend time in stores understanding stakeholder impacts
  • Ability to travel to Retail Store locations up to 20%

The Base Salary Range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
