As a Store Associate at Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, you will play a pivotal role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their wireless needs, educating them about our products and services, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and stocked. **Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, and assist them in selecting the right wireless products and services.

- Educate customers on Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and accessories, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the features and benefits.

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.

- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle escalations in a professional and timely manner.

- Actively promote special offers, promotions, and add-on services to maximize sales opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

- Follow company policies and procedures, including security and safety guidelines, to ensure a secure and comfortable shopping environment.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, especially in the wireless industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.

- Passion for technology and willingness to learn about the latest wireless products and services.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
