Overview

We are seeking you if you are an experienced, hardworking, and dependable individual, who takes pride in their work, and raises their level to meet an occasionally challenging installation.

Job Summary

You will carefully remove old windows and doors from the home and replace them with new exterior remodeling products according to company standards and guidelines. Installers will pick up pre-sold product and transport to customers’ homes for installation. Installers will complete installation of all new product, collect old product and debris for disposal back, and collect a completion certificate and final payment from the customer.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Arrive at work at the appointed time.
• Load your service vehicle quickly, efficiently, and completely.
• Maintain an organized and well stocked service vehicle.
• Make sure you are personally clean and presentable and in the company uniform.
• Leave for and arrive at your appointments on time.
• Present yourself to the customer as a professional installer/service person.
• Converse politely with customers. If a customer presents you with a question for which you do not know the answer, call the office for further instruction.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Clean the door and parts you have touched during installation to remove fingerprints / other marks from installation.
• Instruct the customer on the use of their product.
• Inform the office when leaving one job and going to the next.
• Operate company equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Timely and professionally install windows, doors, and operators with a minimum number of installer related callbacks.
• Document work completed, inventory, and time spent for each work ticket in mobile app.
• Exercise proper care and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
• Must be able to meet and maintain all driver qualifications and guidelines as per Company Policy Manual.

Experience:

• To qualify for a team leader position, you must have a minimum of 1 year’s construction experience, preferably in installation of residential windows, doors, metal bending and window metal capping.

Compensation:

• Competitive starting pays with potential for advancement. Eligible for paid holidays, vacation time, medical insurance, and IRA after 90 days. Compensation commensurate with experience.
• Opportunities to work weekends and overtime.

Job Type: Full-time
