Missouri Health & Wellness Dispensary in Jefferson City, MO is looking for one budtender/dispensary agent to join our team. This is a part-time position that reports directly to the store Manager. A Dispensary Agent’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent care and customer service for all Missouri Medical Marijuana Patients. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. We are located at 1404 A Missouri Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts and follow employee timeclock and attendance policies,
• Preparing work area and maintaining a clean workspace throughout shift.
• Communicate effectively, professionally, and positively with staff, co-workers and patients.
• Help with daily inventory counts.
• Comfortable working on a computer.
• Fielding customer service issues on sales floor and communicating those issues to the store Manager for resolution.
• Participate in ongoing individual and group training on constantly evolving product line to satisfy and address Patient requests and needs.
• Responsible for cash and debit transactions, as well as maintaining strict control of inventory.
• Performing all other related duties as assigned by the dispensary Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
