Overview
Under the direction of the Vice President, effectively assist in implementing the American Crane and Equipment Corporation Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for the calibration program
- Review and assembly of documentation packages
- Control of non-conformance and corrective action reports
- Assist in the completion of Commercial grade dedication reports
- Assist in the completion of American Crane’s Inspector Certification
- Coordination of Shop Load Testing
- Assists in sending testing samples and equipment to be calibrated to American Crane’s approved testing/calibration subcontractor.
- Interface with customer Quality representatives.
- Assist in the performance of external and internal audits and surveillanc
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Certified as a Lead Auditor or the ability to become certified as a Lead Auditor under American Crane’s Quality Program
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of quality assurance and inspection experience or experience in materials management, procurement and/or an engineering environment, welding or metallurgy
- Must be familiar with 10CFR50; Appendix B; ASME NQA-1; EPRI NP-5652; ASTM Standards; AWS Standards; and SNT-TC-12
- Computer literate experienced with Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to objectively review and qualify objective data
- Proven track record of project management success

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
