The Residence at Grand Mesa Assisted Living is looking for a QMAP Supervisor to join our expanding team! As a QMAP Supervisor in our team, you will perform various tasks that include:

• Passing Medications
• Assisting Residents with Activities of Daily Living and Care Needs
• Light housekeeping
• Documentation and Reporting
• Assisting with Meal Services
• Communicating with Family Members
• Act as a Leader for the Team during the Shift
• Input Medication Orders
• Prepare Medication Reordering List
• Ensure that Care Needs are provided and documented
• Ensure Documentation of Shift is Complete and Accurate
• Respond to and properly address emergent situations
• Follow Verbal and Written Instructions

You will be a great fit as a QMAP Supervisor on our team if you are fun, friendly, patient and caring by nature. As well as possessing excellent communications skills. Candidate must possess current QMAP certification. One year of supervisory/managerial experience is required. Weekends are required.
