Sonic Tools USA is actively seeking a Digital Website Manager to join their team located and headquartered in Auburn, Alabama.
The Digital Website Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of company website, including content creation, website maintenance, and user support. This position is responsible for ensuring the website functions properly, is easy to navigate, provides insightful information, and provides positive experience for customers.
The Digital Website Manager will also monitor various analytics to measure performance, identify areas of improvement, and take the necessary steps to boost website performance. In addition to website management, this position will also assist in the planning, development and deployment of B2C digital marketing campaigns and B2C sale periods.
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with other marketing and sales team members to deliver key results.

Key Criteria/Minimum Requirements/Skills
- Managing and updating all web content
- Assisting with the preparation of product launches
- Reviewing web content and implementing improvements
- Developing and executing effective B2C campaigns (evergreen and sale ads)
- B2C sale period planning and deployment (including building of landing pages, emails, and ads)
- Developing and executing email automations through Omnisend
- Researching and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
- Monitoring and optimizing SEO continuously
- Ensuring that the company’s website is up-to-date and providing insightful information
- Ensuring that the company’s website is up-to-date and providing strong customer experience to all users
- Helping the company build a strong online presence
Preferred Requirements/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or equivalent
- 1-3 years of work experience in the marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the marketing techniques and tools like Google Analytics
- Familiarity with content management software such as WordPress
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- A team player as well as having the ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer experience
