Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Web Developer
Location: Herndon VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

The Sponsor’s SharePoint and publications services provide quality visualization and publishing services in support of corporate communication requirements for the Sponsors community-wide client base. The Sponsor requires support specializing in the development of SharePoint web infrastructure and publications. The successful candidate will be a member of the Sponsor’s production team and will focus on the development of the organization’s web infrastructure to support web publications.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Assess and validate SharePoint requirements and validate websites across Sponsor organization.
  • Finesse SharePoint workflow architectures
  • Redesign the existing SharePoint applications to add new features, optimize, scale or improve stability and performance.
  • Provide O&M and content management support for Sponsor’s SharePoint sites.
  • Create new Sponsor SharePoint sites.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with design, development, and implementation of complex SharePoint solutions.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with ASP and C#.net, SPServices, JSON, JaveScript, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS3, and XLM.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience developing and configuring custom sites and sub-sites.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience designing custom workflows.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with SharePoint Taxonomy, Metadata, Content Management, Collaboration, Custom Web Parts, Reports, Search, InfoPath Services, Master Pages, Content Types, Features, Active Directory.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with SharePoint Architecture (i.e., farm topology; managed paths; site collections; sites, etc.) including its implementation on the Sponsor's and partners networks.
  • Microsoft Certified SharePoint Solutions Developer (MCSD).
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with Adobe CS Suite applications.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with cross browser and responsive web design standards.
  • Demonstrate on-the-job experience with UI/UX design and development fundamentals.
  • Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate experience in Word Press or willingness to learn it on the job.
