Job Description
Winelco Inc. is seeking a hardworking, reliable, mechanically inclined individual for a position within the residential department of the company. Performing preventive maintenance and service calls on residential wastewater treatment systems located throughout the greater Cincinnati area.

Duties
Responsible for lifting concrete and fiberglass lids, troubleshooting electric timer and motor/blower problems on site, cleaning air filters, recognizing sludge levels and making recommendations to customers. Customer service skills required. Will also be required to interact with local health department regulators.

The individual will perform maintenance service calls which may include lateral line repair, line cleaning/snaking, inspections with sewer camera, motor/blower replacements, pump replacements, etc.

Qualifications/Experience
Hard working, physically fit, dependable, strong mechanical aptitude, plumbing, electric, scientific curiosity, problem solver, self-motivated. Winelco will train the right individual but a strong hands on, mechanical aptitude with a positive outlook and drive to improve are essential qualities. Must have clean driving record and be able to pass random drug tests. Previous experience in other residential service industries such as pools, landscaping, hvac, electric, or plumbing is a plus.

Salary & Benefits
The pay scale for this position will depend on experience, qualifications, and job performance. Anticipate starting pay between $16.00 - $22.00 / hour. Overtime is often available. We offer a strong health insurance program, 401K plan, paid personal days, paid vacations and holidays.
