Job description

Men's Apparel Company located in MIRAMAR, San Diego looking for an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor. Individual must be energetic, punctual and efficient. Must have previous experience in warehouse setting (picking, shipping, receiving) and managing small team.

- Open to working early shift (7:00am to 3:00 pm)

- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs

- Basic English literacy and basic computer skills are required but not necessary.

Duties:

• Receive and unload merchandise.
• Stack merchandise on racks
• Stock warehouse
• Affix labels and tags
• Match purchase orders to sales orders
• Fulfill customer orders with pick tickets
• Fulfill PO orders
• Move materials off racks and package for shipment.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items.
• Follow all safety codes
• Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution.
• Record amounts of materials or items received
• Perform facilities maintenance.
• Sort material according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Supervise small team and ensure work is being done efficiently and in timely manner
• Organize and manage incoming/outgoing shipments
• Provide daily direction of the warehouse team including shipping, receiving, packaging, order packing, quality control, handling returned of wrong orders or damaged goods, facility maintenance

• Review workloads, prioritizing work schedules, directing personnel, problem-solving and maintaining policies and procedures

• Provide supervision and support the warehouse staff with monitoring results, performance evaluation, disciplining, and providing counseling, mentoring, training, and coaching to improve performance

• Perform additional duties as required by management

• Act as liaison between employees and management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.84 - $21.02 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
