A local Florida based automotive paint manufacturer has a great opportunity for the right person. Seeking a teachable person to be part of our small group team. Person has to be trustworthy, drug free, able to work independent, as well as, within a small group, detailed oriented is a must, but needs to understands big picture operations. Rapid advancement opportunity with excellent pay. The right person with proven skills, accountability and commitment can qualify for rapid pay increases at a minimum of 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, and 24 month reviews. This role will function as part warehouse, part production and responsibilities include: shipping/receiving, stocking warehouse, inventory, some labeling of products, able to lift 40lbs occasionally, fork truck experience, keeping shop areas and various workstation spaces safe, organized and clean.
