Warehouse Packer
We are a rapidly growing e-comm company headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. We are looking for efficient and accurate order packers to start with us ASAP in our Savannah, GA location. Hours: 9am - 6pm, 9:30am - 6:30pm OR 10am - 7pm. Must have open availability for day shifts as we are open 6 days. We offer consistent schedules – no more wondering what days/hours you will be scheduled!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare items for packing and shipping
- Make sure the item presented to pack matches the order ticket
- Determine appropriate packing (box/bag)
- Wrap items securely to minimize damage during shipping
- Load items onto pallets
- Ability to carry/lift up to 45-50lbs
- Must be able to operate speed jack/electric pallet jack
- Maintain clean working areas
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Stand, bend, reach, and move continuously Be on your feet and move for at least 8 hours/day
- Comfortable and motivated by a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
- English and Spanish Bilingual a plus
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic English reading, writing, and mathematical skills
