Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse/Packaging Operator for the Blair, NE area for a long-term contract position. Please see below for additional details!
NOW OFFERING A $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Schedule: Rotating Day shift, 7am-7pm or f lexible schedules or part-time offered
Essential Functions:
- Loading and unloading multiple modes of transport.
- Operating state-of-the-art packaging equipment
- Comply with standard operating procedures as learned during training
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Average reading ability required
- The ability to communicate and understand English in written, verbal or sign form
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team environment
- Ability to respond with flexibility to changing work demands
- Willingness to learn and/or able to operate a forklift
- The ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to frequently climb stairs to access assigned work areas
- The ability to frequently push, squat, bend, and reach overhead
- The ability to lift 55 pounds
- Ability to work in elevated work areas
- Ability to work indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions
