The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist Chaparral’s management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse
• Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions
• Assist in repackaging and introducing repackaged product back into circulation within RBNA's standards
• Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product
• Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance.
• Secondary contact for warehouse access and security

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior warehouse experience, preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills
• Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs over your head
• Must be at least 21 years old, with current driver's license and a clean driving record
• Team Warehouse Lead - Fleet Management
• Expect 50 Hours/ Week
