A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER

As our Warehouse Manager, you directly contribute to our company's success by ensuring our inventory is well-stocked and our technicians are properly equipped. You are an organized person who can efficiently coordinate logistics and equipment for multiple projects so that our technicians can effectively do their jobs. Proactive thinking is important for this inventory management role as you handle time-sensitive tasks, such as pulling permits, scheduling inspections, and ordering necessary equipment.

You keep our technicians well-prepared by regularly ordering materials for restock, scheduling or performing tool repairs and maintenance and delivering materials to techs out in the field. When you're not ordering material or scheduling maintenance , you perform a variety of tasks such as answering customer phone calls, assisting dispatch, cleaning the warehouse and delivering material. Additionally, you help increase efficiency by creating new organizational systems and procedures. You feel great about managing a well-running warehouse and helping our company complete projects!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR WAREHOUSE MANAGER

• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical industry preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests upon hire
• Strong phone and written communication skills
