Job description
Maintenance Engineering Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our client in Eagan, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Customer Orders/Parts Shipments.
- Coordinate shipments with various shipping services (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, LTL carriers etc).
- Generate and track RMA’s.
- Coordinate warranty claims initiation in collaboration with procurement.
- Utilize ERP System (AMS) to accurately maintain all shipping and receiving transactions.
- Resolve any issues with shipments Domestic or International.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts and parts room organization and cleanliness in collaboration with procurement.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of large machines to/from facility.
- Main contact for machine shipment related questions (Price, sized, customs...)
- Request quotes for shipments and provide price estimates for upcoming shipments.
- Support unloading/ loading/ packaging of new machines.
- Main forklift driver
- Check shipments for completeness and check dimensions of received goods.
- Assist in Commissioning Hall with various tasks including labelling change parts and carts, FAT Assistance, Commissioning assistance and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years parts/warehouse experience
- Excellent Customer Service and dedication to resolving any issues with customer shipments.
- Strong knowledge of preparing shipping documents both domestic and International.
- Exemplary Customer Service skills and dedication to having customer satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Forklift experience highly desirable.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, walk behind lifts).
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office, ERP – Systems, and UPS World Ship.
- Experience with hand tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
