The Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of secure inventory storage and control of materials and into/out of the warehouse. Performs duties associated with storage, shipping, receiving, and physical counts of the assets to verify integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse workers
• Implement and maintain efficient processes for receiving, storing, and shipping goods
• Ensure accurate inventory control and tracking
• Develop and implement safety procedures
• Monitor and improve productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
