On Time Staffing is seeking warehouse associates for our warehouse in Cullman, Alabama!

Come join our job fair this Tuesday May 16th 9am-2pm

  • Bring 2 forms of ID!

Starting pay rate: $15.50-$18.25

Shifts available:

  • 7am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays)
  • 3pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays)
  • 11pm-7:30am (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays)

Job Description: Performs a variety of warehouse functions including stocking, picking and packing merchandise for customer orders

  • Proper picking and packing merchandise for orders.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.
  • Efficiently carrying out all orders of the supervisors.
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with fellow workers and team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
  • Able to work overtime if required.
  • Must not be afraid of heights.
  • Work in an ambient (non-air conditioned) building.
  • Must be able to work all shifts.
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to walk, bend, stoop and stand for 8 plus hours a day.
