Our client in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team for this Temp to Hire position.
Schedule:
Monday - 5am - 2:30pm
Tuesday - Thursday - 6am - 2:30pm
Friday - 6am - 1:30pm
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for packing shipments of wine according to company specifications
- Maintains quality control and accuracy of shipment
- Properly palletizes, shrink wraps and loads shipments
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by: keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Must maintain positive, friendly, and professional manner when dealing with co-workers
- Must complete all assigned tasks
- Contributes to team effort by assisting other areas as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- At least 1 year of prior experience working in warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving skills
