We have a part time, on-site based position available for a Warehouse Assistant in our Thousand Oaks/ Newbury Park, location. Responsibilities include;
- Goods Receiving
- Picking packing and shipping customer orders
- Stock Maintenance
- Co-ordination of Stock placement, rotation and location
- Order consolidation
- Exhibition and Conference equipment build and supply co-ordination
- Minimize packaging waste
- Processing carrier product damage claims
Domestic and International Freight shipping and package shipping experience necessary.
Familiarity with carrier labelling and online BOL creation systems.
Stock/Inventory checks and maintenance. Maintaining a clean a safe working environment.
Candidates are required to be punctual, familiar with FIFO, batch rotation and pay strict attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship in the role. Prior warehouse or shipping and receiving work essential. FLT License not necessary but preferred.
Part Time Position: Hours 8am to 12pm Monday > Friday. (some flexibility)
Rate negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Minimum 1 year of experience, additional training will be provided.
