Salary: $16.00 to $22.00/hour (base pay + tipshare)

Hours per week: 10-40 (flexible)

Possible Working Hours: 10am – 11pm

FRONT OF HOUSE

Waldo’s Chicken & Beer is currently hiring to fill positions for our location on 4th Ave N. in Germantown. Waldo’s Chicken is a fast-casual chicken joint with a full bar program, energetic atmosphere, and beautiful covered patio. We are seeking cashiers, bartenders, food runners and servers. We offer a competitive base pay + tipshare for all positions.

CASHIER & FRONT OF HOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Smiling and greeting guests when on the service line and throughout the dining area
• Full menu knowledge
• Thorough understanding of POS system in place and proper cash handling procedures
• Quality and accuracy of orders
• Delivering food to customers
• Ringing in additional food and drink orders from dining area
• Cleaning and maintaining the dining area
• Follow procedures and recipes on food items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Shift side work to include opening and closing duties

REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Excellent communication and customer service skills both in person and over the phone
• Maintain a positive, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers
• Professional attitude
• Team Oriented
• Maintain Health Department standards throughout shift
