Design advertising and promotional campaigns that support major service lines and initiatives.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Designs and produces promotional materials that includes a constant evolution of the design elements to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Consults with Lead Designer to identify graphic needs.
- Coordinates the printing production process.
- Provides promotional materials that generally include advertisements, billboards, posters, and fliers.
- Provides digital marketing assets with a focus on creating a positive user experience. Generally, includes social media graphics, website graphics and email design.
- Creates and maintains overall SIH brand guidelines such as proper logo usage, acceptable colors, font choice and usage guidelines, and choosing general design elements that will work with all of the above to create the SIH brand identity.
- Works with other departments and outside vendors to ensure brand compliance – providing art direction as needed.
- Design internal communication and awareness pieces for HR.
- Provides project management - meets with and interprets client’s needs/wishes to produce pieces that meet the client’s needs while staying within budget.
Education
- Associates Degree required
Experience and Skills
Technical Experience: 3 years professional experience.- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign required
- Experience with project management software such as Work Front preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript preferred.
- Experience with marketing and branding preferred.
