Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, New York
Serve as an Agile Scrum Master helping to implement trade capture and trade lifecycle management software applications. Work with Product Owners to prioritize software development work through the backlogs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Monitor team performance through metric dashboards and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Review backlog development items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated. Maintain and update KPIs, process metrics, and artifacts to ensure accurate and transparent communications to Product Owners and other stakeholders. Engage with Agile Coaches to help identify and deliver against training needs to support Agile practices.
Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Technology Management, Information Technology, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Business Analyst, Technology Analyst, or a related occupation in the technology field. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Project Lifecycle Management. Requires three (3) years of experience with: Agile Methodology; JIRA; Scrum; Sprint Planning; Excel; and Data Analysis. Requires one (1) year of experience with: Microsoft Project and Access; Python; SQL; Rally; FPML Standards; Foreign Exchange Trades; Working with equity derivatives technology; Validating equities pricing and risk; and Mapping Source Data. Requires any amount of experience with: AWS.
